An eye for an...what now, exactly?

Oh, my. My heart has been in my throat all week...even when I try to distract myself and escape the reality that is exploding across the Atlantic, my mind wanders back again and again. I'm deeply sadened by all of this bloodshed, and question whether it will ever end. I'm making a shout-out to everyone out there to pray for peace. Seriously. Pray.
